Earn a Degree in Organizational or Leadership Psychology

Learn to apply psychological theory to support more effective workplaces that are also healthier for all. The Organizational and Leadership Psychology Department at William James College is training a new generation of professionals who can nurture talent, facilitate diverse teams and create positive, lasting systemic change for organizations of all sizes.

Online Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology

Prepare to guide organizations toward healthier workplaces and higher performance in their talent, teams and systems with our online MA in Organizational Psychology. Learn to apply evidence-based practices in the field through extensive analysis of case studies.  Learn more.

Format

  • Two delivery options: 100% online with no residencies or online classes plus monthly weekend residencies
  • Time to completion: 11 months full-time, two years part-time
