Our online MA in Organizational Psychology dives deep into theories of adult learning and behavior, then applies them to assess organizational needs, support better team dynamics, raise performance, and foster environments that nurture diverse talent.

Program Format

The MA in Organizational Psychology is available in two formats:

  • Fully online program with no residency requirements
  • Blended program combining online courses with one weekend on campus per month

Both options cover 30 credits of coursework. You can complete this program in 11 months of full-time study or two years of part-time study.
